Dinner with room for the season.

Half board is designed as a changing dinner, not one fixed menu every night. The structure usually opens with water, fresh breads, olive oil dip or butter, a meze platter and salad.

Main courses may include fish, chicken or beef — grilled or prepared in local styles — with sides such as pasta, rice or seasonal accompaniments. Dessert may be a sweet selection or seasonal fruit.
