What time is check-in?

Standard check-in is 14:30. Early check-in depends on room availability and readiness:

After 09:30 — may be complimentary when the room is ready.
05:30–09:30 — early-arrival charge may apply (guide: 50% of room rate).
Before 05:30 — only possible if arranged and reserved the previous day.

What time is check-out?

Standard check-out is 11:30. Late check-out is not guaranteed because the hotel has only six rooms. Ask reception on departure day — a maximum two-hour extension may be possible when availability allows.

Is parking available?

Side Old Town is compact and walkable. Parking options vary by season and street availability nearby. Contact the team before arrival if you are driving — they can advise on the most practical approach for your dates.

How many rooms does Carpe Diem have?

Carpe Diem Boutique Hotel has six uniquely designed deluxe double rooms — sea view, street view, and balcony options. Each room has one bed and one bathroom.

Is Carpe Diem an adults-only hotel?

Yes — Carpe Diem is positioned as an adults-only boutique hotel. Please ask the team for the active minimum age when booking (+15 vs 16+ has appeared in existing materials).

Can guests bring pets?

Pets are not accepted. Rooms include high-speed internet and are styled with natural Mediterranean materials — plastered walls, rattan lighting, wooden beams and calm, boutique finishes.

Can the Old Town location be noisy?

Our central Old Town location brings you close to Side’s vibrant atmosphere. Occasional evening noise may be heard from nearby venues, especially in high season. We prefer guests know this before booking rather than discovering it on arrival night.

Breakfast & dining

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served 09:00–11:00 on the terrace with sea and Old Town atmosphere. Typical offerings include Turkish cheeses, black and green olives, dried apricots, walnuts, labneh with honey, sesame and strawberries, mini salad, butter, homemade jam, bread or simit, borek or gozleme, omelet or menemen, and Turkish tea or coffee.

What are restaurant opening hours?

Carpe Diem Restaurant is open Monday–Sunday, 09:00–01:00. Cuisine spans Mediterranean, Turkish, Italian, seafood, pizza and pasta — with sunset-facing tables in Side Old Town.

How does Half Board dinner work?

Half Board dinner is designed to change frequently — not as one fixed menu every night. It usually begins with water, fresh breads, olive oil dip or butter, meze and salad; continues with fish, chicken or beef with sides such as pasta, rice or bulgur; and finishes with dessert or seasonal fruit. Do hotel guests receive a restaurant discount?

Some existing materials mention a restaurant discount for hotel guests. Please confirm the current offer with reception or when booking — we do not display unverified percentages on the website.

Beach

Does the hotel have a private beach?

No. Carpe Diem does not operate a private beach. Side Old Town has three public beaches within easy reach.

How close is the nearest public beach?

The public beach in front of the hotel area is walkable from Old Town. Guide pricing has been around €3 per person for sunbed and shower with no extra spending requirement — confirm seasonal pricing on arrival.

Are there private beach clubs nearby?

Some private beaches are within walking distance and may require a minimum food or drink spend. The team can point you toward options that suit your plans for the day.

Transfers & getting here

Can airport transfer be arranged?

Yes — transfer from Antalya Airport can be arranged through a partner company subject to availability. Guide pricing: €50 one-way, €100 round-trip, approximately 70 minutes, paid in cash directly to the driver. Please send flight details in advance via the transfer page or contact form.

Where is the hotel address?

Side, Turgut Reis Cd. No 48, 07330 Manavgat / Antalya. Boutique rooms upstairs, sea-facing restaurant downstairs. Verify No 48 vs 44-2 against Google Maps before launch.

Payments & cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?

Based on existing hotel policy:

Within 24 hours of making the reservation — full refund.
Up to 14 days before check-in — full accommodation refund.
Extraordinary circumstances (pandemic restrictions, flight bans, natural disasters) — full refund where applicable.
Other cases — accommodation charge may apply per booking terms.

Refunds to card may take 5–7 business days. The reservation engine confirms the active policy for each booking.
